What's perfect about this hotel is the location. It's literally across Yakiniku Like and Inari Steak, two-minute walk to Ichiran, Dream Capsule, Zara, H&M, ABC Mart, 6minute walk to Don Quijote and to Tenjin Station and around 2 minutes to the malls. I also thought we'll be in a dimly-lit and old room but we were pleased to be assigned to a spic-and-span clean room. We booked for 3 nights, left for Nagasaki for one night, and checked in again here for another 3 nights. Both rooms were superb and spacious. There was also a night when my luggage's zipper got stuck and I asked the help of housekeeping. The two staff who I spoke with were so patient to help me. The a/c unit was cool, contrary to other reviews I read about it. Their amenities are generous. Their system isn't like other hotels in Japan wherein you get your own at a designated counter - here they hang a huge bag of fresh towels, toiletries, sleepwear every day of your stay if you opt not to have housekeeping do the cleaning.

The location is good as it is in Tenjin. Just a few streets away are good restaurants and cafes. Traffic to the hotel on a Sunday late afternoon was quite bad. Parking at hotel was a tower. Interesting experience. Staff was very helpful to guide us to use it. Check in and out was a breeze too. Room was spacious for four. Appreciate the massage chair in room. Saw that massage service is available in the room but we did not get to use it cos we only stayed for a night. Design was a little dated but it is well stocked with amenities. Bath salts provided for everyone in the room. Love how the toilet and huge bathroom are separated. The breakfast was delicious with a wide spread. Signs to introduce local dishes are useful. They even have takeaway cups so we could get coffee or tea to go.

We had a corner room which was a good size, clean and set up to our specifications. High floor with a nice view over the gardens The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is a buffet and one of the best we have had. I am gluten free and the first morning the chef and a staff member showed me all the GF dishes. The next day the staff remembered when I arrived and the chef had cooked an additional hot dish that was GF and for all guests. Excellent location.

- They were willing to keep our luggages for 2 nights while we were in a different town. Also, on the check-in day, the staff already carried our luggages to our room. That was so nice! - There was always a taxi available in front of the hotel. So we did not have any trouble in calling a taxi or wasting our time. - I recommend a bakery shop on the 1st floor. Their mentai-france was so so delicious!!

A very well located hotel in the Tenjin district of Fukuoka. It’s close to the shopping area and a short metro ride to Hakata station and the airport. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with local delicacies to try. I very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the hotel.
